COD CEVICHE
Cod ceviche. So easy to make, with tangy citrus and fresh coriander, this cod ceviche is fresh, healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
Fish
200g cod
Ceviche marinade
Zest and juice from 1 lemon
Zest and juice from 1 lime
60g spring onion
5 g coriander
Zest and juice from 2 oranges
½ chopped orange
100g finely chopped shallots
10g Maldon sea salt
Garnish
Sesame seeds
Coriander
Fresh salad
Method
Fish
Cut into small pieces.
Ceviche
Mix all ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.
Cover fish in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Serve with fresh salad, coriander and sesame seeds.
