Geraldton Fishermen’s Co-operative announces new range of retail ready Brolos Australian lobster products. Geraldton Fishermen’s Co-operative (GFC) will release a new range of retail-ready Brolos Australian Lobster products  at the Seafood Expo Global in Barcelona.

The innovative range marries old-world craftsmanship and industry-leading production techniques to deliver a perfect piece of sustainable luxury for the home chef. Each Brolos Australian lobster is hand-selected by fishers, before advanced production techniques capture the unadulterated taste of the Western Rock Lobster in each pack.

Conveniently packaged and ready for the home chef to apply their finishing touches. The Brolos Australian range will be launched in five mouth-watering variations.

– Individually packed Whole Cooked and Raw Lobster
– Split Lobster Halves, available in Cooked and Raw
– Raw Lobster tails
