Strong group of Danish suppliers all lined up and ready for DanFish 2021. On 13-15 October 2021 DanFish International will open for a physical commercial fisheries exhibition on Danish ground for the first time since the covid-19 pandemic. More than 90 Danish suppliers to the fisheries and fish processing industry will be ready at ’Pavilion of Denmark’, where international decision makers and stakeholders will find a strong line up of Danish equipment & technology for the industries.
The export network Danish Export – Fish Tech is the organiser of ‘Pavilion of Denmark’, which this year gathers more than 90 Danish companies. According to Martin Winkel Lilleøre, Head of Fish Tech, the Danish suppliers are excited about meeting with stakeholders, customers, and professionals from the fisheries industry face-to-face again at DanFish.
”The representatives from the Danish companies are longing to meet each other, their customers and other stakeholders face-to-face. The restrictions have now been removed entirely in Denmark, and this is also reflected in the strong level of participation from the Danish companies, which is on par with previous years at DanFish. The international visitors can therefore also expect to meet a strong Danish line up on their home turf.”

The Danish exhibitors covers a wide range of solutions and competences which can help the international fisheries industry e.g. with energy efficiency improvements and conversions to meet the green agenda.
“When we are traveling around the world, we often hear that Danish companies have a very important strength in their readiness for change, which in particular is reflected when collaborating with the customers to develop customised solutions. This willingness and ability to think out of the ordinary is essential when new fishing vessels/trawlers are being built or fishing vessels need new equipment, and this makes Danish suppliers innovative partners”, says Martin Winkel Lilleøre.
