Fish Focus were delighted to to be invited to attend an exclusive South Australian Seafood Spectacular in May, courtesy of The Government of South Australia.
This special evening brought together guests from across London’s seafood trade – buyers, chefs, restaurateurs, journalists, and influencers – for a unique culinary showcase. A curated five course sit-down dinner featuring the finest South Australian seafood.
A chance to meet and chat to members of the South Australian Government, to hear their views on South Australia and its vibrant seafood industry. To try abalone and pipis, delicious lobster and delicate tuna, while learning about the drive and passion of those involved in South Australia’s seafood industry.
Ben & Robin Wright, started Wright Brothers 20 years ago, keen to spread their love of oysters & seafood. The business has grown quickly & they are now the leading seafood supplier in the UK. Starting with wholesale then restaurants & oyster farming.
It’s tough to imagine a more iconic location for Wright’s Brothers riverside restaurant, right next to Battersea Power Station.
