Adam Gray, Marketing and Communications Manager at Loch Duart Salmon said:

“Being part of the Boston Seafood Expo is vital to Loch Duart Salmon as the US is one of our fastest growing markets. From first-hand experience we know that chefs, restaurants and discerning food lovers value the quality and versatility of Loch Duart Salmon, something last year’s US culinary competition highlighted perfectly.

“We’re inviting visitors to come and see us at Stand 2745 to meet the team, hear our story and taste the product for themselves. It’s a great opportunity to discover why Loch Duart chefs consistently choose LD salmon over commodity options.

“We’re proud to represent Scotland’s vibrant seafood sector as Scotland’s premier producer of salmon, and we look forward to meeting buyers and chefs who want to elevate their salmon game and experience the difference Loch Duart Salmon offers.”

Loch Duart Salmon has continued to grow its offering to customers worldwide and recently won Scotland Food & Drink Excellence Award for its smoked salmon.

Loch Duart Salmon is raised at a fraction of the scale of commodity salmon and comes from a unique lineage of wild fish native to North West Scotland. 100% Scottish and with a traceable wild heritage, Loch Duart salmon retains the exceptional flavour and eating qualities associated with wild Scottish salmon.
