Scottish seafood processing & trading businesses to benefit from Future Seafood Leaders programme in Peterhead, Scotland. In collaboration with The UK Seafood Federation (UKSF), The National Centre for Food Manufacturing is launching another Future Seafood Leaders programme in Scotland for the benefit of seafood processors and traders.
The Future Seafood Leaders course has been specifically developed by the UK Seafood Federation and the National Centre of Food Manufacturing to aid the career development of aspiring leaders in the seafood processing sector. The 6-day programme delivered in two blocks, runs through September and covers continuous improvement, factory processing, effective leadership, fish quality, sourcing and sustainability, with participants in Scotland learning first-hand from industry leaders as part of the course.
