Ingredients

750g turbot fillet
8pcs asparagus, white
salt and pepper
3tbsp clarified butter

Gravy

1 finely chopped shallot
1 clove of garlic
1cm ginger, grated
5tbspbutter, unsalted
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp hazelnut flakes
1/2 lemon
salt and pepper

Method

Mashed potatoes

Gravy

Serve the turbot with mashed potatoes, gravy and white asparagus.
