Ingredients
400g peeled and frozen prawns
200g tagliatelle
1onion
2 cloves of garlic
100g smoked bacon
2 egg yolks
300ml milk
4tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
1tsp salt
1tsp pepper
1 pack of salad leaves

Method
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Finely chop the onions, garlic and parsley.
- Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a frying pan until crispy and place it on a plate.
- Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan and set aside.
- Whisk together the egg yolk, milk, parmesan, salt, pepper and parsley, and heat in a saucepan while stirring.
- Add the prawns, pasta, bacon and onion mixture, and mix well.
- Serve the prawn pasta with salad and crusty bread.
