Tacos with prawns. Prawns go great in so many different recipes. In this one, prawns are marinated a sweet and sour sauce and served in tacos. Simple and delicious!

Ingredients
400g peeled prawns
2 cloves of garlic
2tbsp olive oil
2tsp sweet chili sauce
Guacamole
3 avocadoes
1 clove of garlic
1 red chili pepper
1 red onion
1/2 lime
1/2 tsp salt
1 pinch pepper
Vegetables
1 mango
1 cucumber
1 carrot
1 Romano lettuce
Serve with
1pack of tortilla wraps
1 bunch of coriander leaves
2 limes cut into wedges
300mls sour cream
sesame seeds
Method
- Mix the sweet and sour sauce with the prawns and set aside.
- Finely chop the red onion and chili, grate the garlic, mash the avocado.
- Mix the guacamole ingredients together, squeeze in the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- Chop up the mango and cucumber, slice thin strips of carrot and thinly slice the lettuce, and chopped coriander for the salad
- Toast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set on a sheet of kitchen paper.
- Add the sesame seeds to the prawns and mix well.
- Warm the tortilla wraps as/per instructions on packet.
- Place the guacamole mix and the prawns on a tortilla wrap.
- Drizzle with sour cream and serve with lime wedges and the mango and coriander salad.
Tip! You can use both tortilla wraps and shells for this recipe. Use whatever is your favourite.
