700g trout fillet, skinned and deboned
1tbsp sea-salt
1tbsp olive oil
1tsp pepper

Avocado salsa

1 avocado
1 tomato
1 red onion
1clove garlic
1/2 red chili pepper
1 lime
1tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper

Serve with

300g red lentils
1tbsp olive oil
4tbsp chopped parsley
2tbsp chopped basil
1 lemon
1tsp salt
1/2tsp pepper
