20^th fish international & 7^th GASTRO IVENT

In 2026, fish international and GASTRO IVENT will once again be held together in the exhibition halls of MESSE BREMEN. Visitors can network with hundreds of exhibitors from Germany and all over the world from Sunday to Tuesday, 22^nd to 24^th of February. Together, the two trade fairs offer the unique opportunity to explore the world of the fishing industry and gastronomy in one place. This creates a central industry meeting place that enables overlapping target groups to network more efficiently, establish new business relationships and enjoy a wide range of information and events.

fish international: Whether regional producers of aquaculture products or seafood producers from the Fiji Islands: at fish international, the world comes together in one hall. Germany’s only trade fair for fish and seafood was founded in 1988 and will take place under new project management for the first time in 2026. Visitors can look forward to a wide range of exhibitors from the fields of import, export, wholesale, distribution, processing, technology, packaging and aquaculture, gain an overview of new products and innovations, and actively participate in the “forum” when it comes to the future of the industry.

GASTRO IVENT: For the seventh time, GASTRO IVENT will be the meeting place for the catering, hotel, communal catering and retail sectors in north-west Germany. Trade visitors will gain a compact overview of the latest innovations and developments in the industry – ranging from premium food and beverages, smart professional cooking technology and digital systems to sustainable catering concepts. The accompanying programme also provides inspiration. For example, three national coffee championships organised by the Specialty Coffee Association: Barista, Latte Art and, for the first time, Coffee in Good Spirits. Various tastings and talks on trends and innovations complete the programme. Once again, GASTRO IVENT will be a platform for exchange, inspiration and new business ideas.
