Spaghetti with salmon. Pasta can be varied in many ways. In this recipe spaghetti is served with salmon and a sauce of cream cheese and tomato.

Ingredients
400g salmon fillet, skinned and deboned
350g spaghetti
1.5 cup passata
4tbsp cream cheese
Bunch of parsley
Salt and black pepper
Bunch of basil
Method
- Cook the pasta in boiling salted water as instructed on the package and drain, reserving some of the pasta water
- Cut the salmon into small chunks.
- Combine passata and cream cheese in a pan, mix well and bring to a boil.
- Add a little of the pasta water
- Add the salmon, cover and cook for 1 minute.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the Norwegian salmon and sauce with the spaghetti and sprinkle with chopped parsley or basil.
