Blue Food Innovation Summit returns to London in 2026

The Blue Food Innovation Summit will return to London on 27–28 May 2026, bringing together global leaders from fisheries, aquaculture and the wider blue economy to address food security, climate resilience and sustainable growth.

Positioned as a key international meeting point for the aquatic food sector, the summit will focus on the role of blue foods in meeting rising demand for nutritious, climate-smart protein while reducing environmental impact. Producers, investors, corporates, technology providers and policymakers are expected to attend, with an emphasis on turning innovation into commercial and scalable solutions.

The 2026 programme will explore future-ready farming systems, breakthrough technologies and the market mechanisms needed to move projects from pilot stage to profitable deployment. Sessions will examine how resilient blue food value chains can be built at scale, balancing economic opportunity with environmental responsibility.

Designed to encourage collaboration and investment, the event will feature curated one-to-one meetings, investor and start-up matchmaking, expert panels and targeted networking. Daily pitch sessions, a start-up exhibition and a dedicated networking app aim to support partnership building and deal flow across the sector.
