Ingredients

1 shallot
1 small carrot
100g orzo pasta
1tbsp butter
2tbsp white wine vinegar
Salt and pepper
Lemon juice
100g trout fillet, skinned and deboned
200ml chicken stock
50ml single cream
Fresh herbs of your choice

Method

Serve the trout in orzo with fresh herbs sprinkled over.
