Aquaculture equipment, technology, and service supply partner, Gael Force Group, has launched a recruitment drive following the creation of new roles in sales and product development as part of sustained growth and development plans. This initiative will support their ongoing expansion, product innovation, and presence in export markets.

Gael Force Group has experienced significant growth in recent years, driven by strong demand for their products and services within the aquaculture industry. To sustain this momentum, strengthen their commitment to next-generation product development, and increase sales in export markets, they are actively seeking talented individuals to join their team.

Gael Force Product Development

The Export Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of the company’s product range and services to customers in international markets, with a particular focus on their Aquaculture product range.

They will also identify new business market opportunities and manage the efficient and profitable growth of export sales, in addition to maintaining relationships with international clients. Due to the nature of the role, local and international candidates will be considered, although there is the expectation that the post will require regular international travel to meet with clients and attend trade shows.

The Chief Technical Offer will be at the forefront of Gael Force Group’s transformational product development programmes, leading and growing a top-tier engineering team.

They will be instrumental in building on the vision of the product range while driving the success of products globally. In this high level role, they will oversee technical development, strategic direction, and the execution of the company’s product portfolio including product innovation, design, and lifecycle management.
