NORMEX AS SIGNS AGREEMENT FOR A FULL DELIVERY TO HELGELABD SMOLT’S SUNDSFJORD DIVISION

Normex AS signs agreement for a full delivery to Helgeland Smolt’s Sundsfjord division

Normex AS has signed an agreement with Helgeland Smolt for the delivery of a complete ozone solution and the Razone water clarification system to the RAS facility at its Sundsfjord division.

The agreement covers a full delivery, with Normex supplying a fully installed facility, including an ozone plant, control systems, integration, and specially adapted Razone units for four post-smolt departments.

The solution is designed to support optimal water quality, efficient particle removal and improved biosecurity in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS).

Normex has previously supplied Razone systems to Helgeland Smolt’s facility at Reppen. The new agreement confirms the continuation of the partnership between the two companies.

“We are very proud that Helgeland Smolt has once again chosen Normex as its supplier. This agreement strengthens our position in advanced water treatment solutions for land-based aquaculture,” says Stig Ove Johansen, Managing Director of Normex AS.

Helgeland Smolt Sundsfjord has a clear strategy for the development of modern and sustainable post-smolt production. The investment in ozone and water clarification technology is an important measure to ensure stable operations and strong biological results.

“We look forward to continuing our co-operation with Normex. They know our facilities well, and with this delivery we will have a solution that strengthens water treatment and supports stable and efficient post-smolt production in Sundsfjord,” says Terje Kilvik, Project Engineer at Helgeland Smolt.

Delivery is scheduled for October 2026, with installation and commissioning to be carried out in close co-operation between the parties.
