JOHNSHAVEN FISH FESTIVAL NET NEW SPONSORSHIP DEAL
Johnshaven Fish Festival net new sponsorship deal. The Johnshaven Fish Festival is now an annual celebration and is held in the harbour area of the village during the first two weeks of August, and attracts thousands of visitors from around the country and from across the world. This years Fish Festival will be held on Saturday 3rd August.
Angus Motor Group, Mackie Motors is one of the main corporate sponsors for the event, last year’s event was attended by over 6000 visitors from around the globe.
Set on the picturesque coastal plains of the Mearns just 7 miles north of Montrose just off the A92, the remarkable and charming fishing village of Johnshaven.
The proceeds of the event have enabled The Johnshaven Fish Festival to make donations to some very worthy local causes.
Year on year our audience and legacy has grown. It could not have achieved such acumen without the support of the sponsors. Since its small beginnings, the event has become a part of the local tourist calendar and a vital contributor to the village economy.
Alongside the customary array of fish stalls, crafts, and local fare the festival offers a day out in a relaxed and informal manner packed with fun and entertainment.
Mackie Motors latest vehicles will be on show along with the company’s newest arrival, MG.
Mackie Motors recently launched the MG franchise and are one of only three MG dealerships in Scotland. The company is leading substantial growth for the brand in Scotland.
