NEW PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY FROM MAREL

NEW PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY FROM MAREL

New processing technology from Marel at Seafood Expo global. Exciting new fish processing technology will on display at Marel’s stand #4-6227 in Brussels this year, with live demonstrations, product launches and expert advice on how to optimize your factory’s performance.

In today’s fish processing industry, factories need to be smarter than ever to meet customer needs and remain competitive. Marel focuses on helping processors realize this goal by supplying them with the hardware, software and service they need to evolve into smart factories that consistently make the best use of processing technology.

their DEMONSTRATIONS AT STAND 4-6227 WILL INCLUDE:

  • Automatic pinboning, portioning and product distribution with a FleXicut.
  • Scanning salmon fillets after trimming or skinning with the QC Scanner.
  • Salmon filleting with the Filleting Machine MS 2730, including automatic back and belly trimming and automatic infeed. Ask our filleting specialists in Brussels about the new optimized infeed system released earlier this year too. Designed for the automatic fixed-pace infeed of deheaded fish to the Filleting Machine, the PaceInfeeder results in even higher filleting quality and reduced labour costs.
  • Our smarter processing software keeps everything running smoothly and improves decision-making. Innova Food Processing Software is an integral part of our equipment and solutions at the expo.

Other demonstrations include salmon deheading with an automatic tail cut, robot packing, intelligent trimming, salmon slicing, automated grading and batching, innovative portioning and more.

PRODUCT LAUNCHES

RoboBatcher Thermoformer: The fully automatic RoboBatcher Thermoformer, which packs whitefish or salmon portions into thermoformers at high speed, will be released for sale during Seafood Processing Global this year.

New Compact Grader: Marel are also launching the new and improved Compact Grader during the Brussels expo. This is a flexible solution with up to eight gates, that can be combined with free-standing batching bins and a packing table.

FleXitrim: Since it was first introduced, Marel have established the advantages of this trimming line’s advanced feedback capability. They will now release FleXitrim for sale in Brussels, and demonstrate how it gives operators the information they need to improve trimming results.

M2400 Scales: These new grading and packing scales offer advanced, high-precision weighing and monitoring with full digital control.
