NORMEX GRANTED PATENT FOR RAZONE TECHNOLOGY FOR WATER QUALITY STABILISATION IN RAS FACILITIES

Normex granted patent for Razone technology for water quality stabilisation in RAS facilities. The Norwegian technology company has been granted a patent for Razone – a technology developed to ensure stable and controlled water quality in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS).

The patent confirms the novelty of the technology and marks an important step in Normex’s continued focus on land-based aquaculture.

Razone is designed for continuous commercial operation in modern RAS facilities and provides farmers with improved control of water quality. The solution reduces biological risk, particularly during intensive phases of juvenile fish production, where even minor fluctuations in water quality can have significant consequences.
