SCOTTISH SALMON COMPANY SHOWCASES ITS PRODUCTS

Scottish Salmon Company showcases its products. The Scottish Salmon Company was among nine Scottish food producers that showcased their products in London at Speciality & Fine Food Fair last week as part of a Scottish Land of Food and Drink pavilion.
Taking place at Olympia during Scottish Food & Drink Fortnight, the trade show for local, regional and artisan food and drink producers saw exhibitors, buyers and visitors flock to the Fair over the three days.
Retailers, caterers and wholesalers, want to sell more high quality, innovative, unique, artisanal products with strong provenance, and Scottish food and drink satisfies this need and demand from consumers for high-end goods.
