Thai Union Appoints New Sustainability Director

Thai Union Appoints New Sustainability Director – Thai Union North America (TUNA), announced the appointment of Blake Stok to the role of Director, Sustainability – North America.

Stok will take over the reins of the North American Sustainability role working with TUNA operating companies, Chicken of the Sea Frozen Foods and Chicken of the Sea International. In addition, he will be a member of Thai Union’s Global Sustainability Team, working with the teams in Europe and Bangkok in the execution of Thai Union’s acclaimed sustainability strategy, SeaChange®. Stok will report to Dan Goldstone, SVP HR, and Corporate Affairs, TUNA, and to Adam Brennan, Global Group Director, Sustainability, Thai Union.

Stok resides in Santa Barbara with his family where he is active in local volunteer work as an advisor to organizations working to create healthy, equitable, and low carbon communities. He’s also a leader in regional efforts to build a more resilient, economically diverse, and sustainable seafood industry through strategic cross-sector partnerships.

Stok received his BA in in Political Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Masters of Science in Sustainability Management from American University, Kogod School of Management.
