THE FLAVOUR OF SCOTLAND RETURNS TO SENA
The flavour of Scotland returns to SENA. – Coming from an epic showing at the 2023 Bocuse D’Or competition, Seafood from Scotland returns once again to Seafood Expo North America, showcasing the tastes of some of the world’s highest quality seafood.
From March 12-14, 2023, the Seafood from Scotland Pavilion, #2747, will feature cooking demonstrations, tastings, and conversations with Scottish fishermen and industry experts. The demonstrations will highlight a number of seafood species from the shores and lochs of Scotland.
Visitors to the Seafood from Scotland booth will be able to learn about and taste prized species from Loch Duart, Thistle Seafoods, Skipness Smokehouse, Scottish Seas, and Lunar Fishing Company. Organic Sea Harvest, Scot West Shellfish and Westor Ross Salmon.
Following is a schedule of tasting demonstrations featuring Scottish Seafood:
Sunday March 12, Seafood from Scotland Pavilion #2747:
• 11:00am – Smoked Salmon demonstration and tasting
• 12:00pm – Langoustine demonstration and tasting
• 1:00pm – Value-Add Seafood demonstration and tasting
• 2:00pm – Salmon demonstration and tasting
• 3:00pm – Haddock demonstration and tasting Monday March 13, Seafood from Scotland Pavilion #2747:
• 11:00am – Smoked Salmon demonstration and tasting
• 12:00pm – Langoustine demonstration and tasting
• 1:00pm – Value Add Seafood demonstration and tasting
• 2:00pm – Salmon demonstration and tasting
• 3:00pm – Haddock demonstration and tasting
• 3:30pm – On-Stand Media Activity
Highlighted above, Seafood from Scotland will be hosting an on-stand media activity on Monday afternoon. The event will take place on the SENA showroom floor at the Seafood from Scotland Pavilion (booth #2747), from 3:30pm – 5:00pm.
Activities will include seafood demonstrations and drink pairings, Scottish entertainment, and the opportunity for 1-on-1 interviews with Seafood from Scotland representatives.
In addition, Seafood from Scotland will be hosting a VIP media and buyer reception. The reception will take place at Legal Harbourside on Monday evening at 6:00pm.
Tuesday March 14, Seafood from Scotland Pavilion #2747:
