THE GLOBAL SUSTAINABLE SEAFOOD INITIATIVE WELCOMES FISHCHOICE TO ITS GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP

The Global Sustainable Seafood Initiative is pleased to announce the Colorado-based nonprofit organization FishChoice has joined GSSI as an Affiliated Partner.

FishChoice creates online tools that power progress on seafood sustainability by giving thousands of businesses the information they need to turn commitments into action.

Through this new partnership, GSSI and FishChoice expect to see greater transparency of credible certified sources of seafood across the globe: FishChoice will only list certification information from schemes that are recognized by GSSI and will work to include additional GSSI recognized certifications in the future. This is a tremendous step forward in being able to find certified seafood products with the click of a mouse.
