Join the SAGB this June as we celebrate a major milestone, the 55th Annual SAGB Conference & Gala Black Tie Dinner, bringing together the UK shellfish industry for two days of thought leadership, sector insights, and celebration.

A Two-Day Industry Highlight — In Person & Online

This year’s conference will take place on Tuesday 10th and Wednesday 11th June 2025 at The Crown Estate Offices, 1 St James’s Market, London, featuring spectacular views over the city. For those unable to attend in person, all sessions will be live-streamed, ensuring access for all our members and supporters.

On the evening of Tuesday 10th June, we invite attendees to the Annual Fundraising Gala Dinner — a black-tie seafood celebration held at the iconic Fishmongers’ Hall, one of London’s most historic livery halls.

What to Expect

The SAGB Annual Conference is the flagship event in the UK shellfish calendar. It brings together the entire industry – from producers and processors to retailers, regulators, and policymakers.

This year’s packed agenda will include:

About the Conference

Since 1969, the SAGB Annual Conference has served as the UK shellfish industry’s premier gathering. Held in the elegant setting of The Crown Estate Offices and followed by a culinary showcase at Fishmongers’ Hall, the conference welcomes world-class speakers and industry leaders from across the UK, Europe, and beyond.

The gastronomic highlight of the event is the gala dinner, where Fishmongers’ Company Chief Executive Stefan Pini curates an outstanding seafood menu celebrating the best of British shellfish.
