Hosted by David Miller, this new practical business improvement course will be run at the National Federation of Fish Friers Training Academy, Leeds on Tuesday 16th April, from 9.30am to 4.30pm after the original date on Monday 4th March sold out.
Full of practical tips, new techniques and ideas, during this one-day course you’ll cover:
- Costing your product (fish and potato yields and portion control
- Fish cutting techniques
- Fish Frying Skills
- Perfect Chips
- Perfect Batter
- Responsible sourcing (including how to become MSC certified)
The course has been designed to show you how to produce the best quality product, minimise wastage and maximise profits by adding value to your product.
Places are strictly limited on a first come, first served basis so book early to avoid disappointment.
Cost: Non-member £350 (plus VAT) NFFF Member £300 (plus VAT)
