UK Pavilion Returns to Seafood Expo Global 2026

Seafish will once again partner with the UK Government to host a dedicated UK Pavilion at Seafood Expo Global 2026, marking the fifth consecutive year the organisation has coordinated the national showcase at the world’s largest seafood trade event.

Demand for exhibition space within the pavilion has remained consistently high since its launch, reflecting the importance of the event as a gateway for UK seafood businesses looking to expand their international reach.

Working alongside Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), Seafish will host a 264m² pavilion designed to promote UK seafood and support exporters in connecting with global buyers.

Located in a prime position in Hall 2 at stand 2I601, the UK Pavilion will act as a central hub for UK exhibitors to meet existing customers, develop new business relationships and gain valuable insight into the wider international seafood supply chain.

The pavilion will feature dedicated exhibition stands for participating companies, alongside a communal lounge meeting area and a private meeting room. The shared lounge space will be open to all UK seafood businesses attending the expo, providing a convenient setting for meetings with current clients or potential new partners.

A key attraction will be the pavilion’s live kitchen, where visitors will be able to watch demonstrations and sample a range of creative dishes highlighting the quality and diversity of UK seafood.

The kitchen will be led by acclaimed chef CJ Jackson, former chief executive of the Billingsgate Seafood Training School in London, as well as a food writer and broadcaster. She will be supported by two sous chefs from the Training Academy of the Elior Group, one of the world’s leading operators in contract catering and support services.

Throughout the show, visitors to the UK Pavilion will have the opportunity to taste a variety of dishes featuring some of the UK’s most popular seafood species. These include European lobster, brown crab, Norway lobster (langoustines), Atlantic mackerel, European pilchard (sardines), Atlantic salmon, scallop and whelk.

Expo visitors will also have the chance to speak directly with the chefs preparing the dishes and meet the UK companies that produce and export the featured seafood, providing a valuable opportunity to learn more about the provenance, quality and market potential of UK fish and shellfish.

The following UK companies will be exhibiting on the UK pavilion:
