CARSOE ANNOUNCES OPENING OF NEW SERVICE CENTRE IN TROMSØ

Carsoe announces opening of new service centre in Tromsø.  Carsoe is excited to announce the opening of a new Service Centre located at Tromsø Port. The service centre is close to the customers and represents another major step in enhancing service operations for fishermen in Norway’s northern region.

Situated just 130 meters from the quayside, Carsoe now delivers swift and reliable service to the extensive fleet of factory vessels that dock at the port. Group Service Director, Johan Schwerin details:

“Establishing our presence in Tromsø allows us to serve our clients even more directly with spare parts, service, and upgrades to ensure reliable processing operations.”

The new service centre supports Carsoe’s dedication to being a trusted partner in delivering high-quality, dependable service solutions.

Spare parts and Turnkey Factory Service

Tromsø is already a known port for the Carsoe service engineers, who have provided consistent support in Tromsø 2-3 days a month for years. With the new service centre, they will now have a permanent base to operate from.

With an experienced and dedicated team, a comprehensive range of services, and a well-stocked inventory of parts for KM, Holmek, and other Carsoe products, the service centre will be able to deliver swift and reliable service supporting the growing base of vessels offloading at the port.

A primary service location

The large port of Tromsø is visited by numerous fishing vessels every day, and the processing equipment onboard is an essential factor in ensuring the high value of the catch.

From the new Service centre, Carsoe will provide swift local support to the Norwegian fishing fleet regardless of equipment manufacturer:

Grand Opening Reception

To celebrate the opening, Carsoe is inviting customers and partners to an opening reception on Tuesday, November 26^th from 2-5 pm at Terminalgata 60. Guests will have an opportunity to tour the new facilities and enjoy refreshments prepared on custom-built Carsoe equipment.
