SALMON AND COD BURGER

Salmon and cod burger. Salmon and cod, two favourites in one burger. Burgers are easy to make and can be seasoned as you like.

Ingredients
200g salmon fillet, skinned and deboned
200g cod fillets, skinned and pin-boned
1 tsp salt
1 egg
2tbsp breadcrumbs
2tbsp fresh parsley
Pepper
Oil
2tbsp lemon juice
Chili mayonnaise
75ml mayonnaise
2tbsp sweet chili sauce
Cayenne pepper
Serve with
Lettuce
Tomato
Burger buns
Method
- Cut the fish into smaller pieces and add to a food processor with salt until you have an even mix.
- Add egg, bread crumbs, lemon juice, finely chopped parsley and pepper, and mix well.
- Leave the mix in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Make burgers and pan-fry in oil for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Chili mayonnaise
- Mix mayonnaise and chili sauce, and taste with pepper and cayenne pepper.
Serve with
- Wash salad and tomatoes, and slice the tomato.
- Serve the burgers in burger buns with chili mayonnaise, salad and tomato.
Tip: Here you can use the vegetables you want. The burgers can also be served in pita bread.
