Seafish Board update

Seafish has announced updates to its Board membership with effect from the start of the 2026-27 financial year.

Dave Brookes and Graham Black have reached the end of their second terms of appointment and stepped down on 31 March. Harry Wick, who joined the Board in 2021, has stepped back for personal reasons before the end of his second term.

As part of the ongoing cycle of recruitment to the Seafish Board, Defra have appointed two two new Board members, Pam Vick and Paul McCourt. Pam and Paul have been appointed to serve from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2029.

Pam Vick brings 20 years’ experience of strategic commercial business development, marketing and communications, and has extensive experience serving on boards across many sectors. Pam is currently Ambassador for Women on Boards UK and Trustee for the British Ecological Society.

Paul McCourt is former Chief Financial Officer at InPost UK. Paul brings over 25 years’ experience of financial leadership, having held executive roles at InPost, Menzies, and Ingenico. Paul will also serve as Chair of Seafish’s Audit and Risk Assurance Committee.
