UK PAVILION TO RETURN TO THE WORLD’S LARGEST SEAFOOD TRADE EXHIBITION

UK PAVILION TO RETURN TO THE WORLD’S LARGEST SEAFOOD

UK pavilion to return to the world’s largest seafood trade exhibition. Showcasing the best of UK seafood at Seafood Expo Global 2026

Seafish, the public body supporting the UK seafood industry, is partnering with the UK Government to host the UK pavilion at Seafood Expo Global 2026, the world’s largest seafood trade event.

The exhibition will take place in Barcelona, Spain, from 21-23 April 2026, attracting seafood professionals from more than 150 countries.

The UK pavilion will once again provide an international platform to showcase the quality, innovation and diversity of UK seafood.

Working alongside the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and the Department for Business and Trade (DBT), Seafish will deliver the UK Pavilion for the fifth consecutive year. The pavilion continues to offer UK businesses a unified, high-profile presence at this global marketplace.

Businesses joining the pavilion will benefit from a dedicated private exhibition space, complete with branded booths designed to elevate their profile. Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to secure product demonstration slots in the pavilion’s live kitchen, where renowned seafood chef CJ Jackson and her team of assistant chefs, will showcase their products to international buyers.

In addition, companies will have access to shared facilities, including a private meeting room, common meeting area and complimentary drinks and snacks, creating a professional environment for networking and engagement. Exhibiting as part of the UK Pavilion also provides a strong, unified national presence, offering a collective platform that highlights the excellence and diversity of UK seafood to a global audience

Andy Gray, Trade Engagement Manager, says:

“For UK companies who are currently already exporting, or for those just starting out on their export journey, attending Seafood Expo Global provides the ideal opportunity to meet with the world! Besides the opportunity for UK exporters to promote their wares to prospective buyers from all corners of the globe, the event provides a fantastic opportunity for intel gathering on what is happening elsewhere in the supply chain – and to see and learn of new and innovative practices and products from other nations. Three days of energy and excitement, that could just help direct your company down some productive new routes.”
