Competition Terms & Conditions: Win a Signed Copy of The Great British Seafood Revival

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) govern the “Win a Signed Copy of The Great British Seafood Revival” competition (“the Competition”) promoted by Fish Focus. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility
The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Fish Focus, Merlin Unwin Books, CJ Jackson, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition. Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. Competition Period
The Competition will commence on 12th April 2026 and conclude on 31st May 2026 at midnight. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the entry form on the Fish Focus competition page. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. The Prize
One (1) winner will receive a signed copy of “The Great British Seafood Revival” by CJ Jackson. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the Competition Period with the correct answer to Question1 and each entry will be judged by the tie-breaker (Question2).

6. Winner Publicity
By entering the Competition, the winner agrees to their name being published on Fish Focus’s website and social media channels for promotional purposes. The winner may also be asked to participate in further publicity related to the Competition.

7. Data Protection
Any personal data collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition and for future marketing communications from Fish Focus, if consent is given. Data will be processed in accordance with Fish Focus’s privacy policy, available on its website.

8. General Conditions
Fish Focus reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition or these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Fish Focus is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other reasons. The decision of Fish Focus regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
