Pure-tasting, lightly-salted Aquna Gold has a fresh-sea aroma and poppy texture, completed by a hint of butteriness, giving sustainability-conscious consumers and chefs a new and interesting ingredient to use in all kinds of settings.
Aquna Gold comes from the finest-quality Murray cod grown to maturity on our sustainable farms. Initially inspired by the whole-fish philosophy of chef Josh Niland, Aquna Gold has been developed in collaboration with the SIMON JOHNSON team.
