BARRAMUNDI GROUP APPOINTS INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR

Barramundi Group appoints independent director. Barramundi Group Ltd has appointed Eric Tsang as an independent director, effective immediately.

Singapore based Barramundi Group is one of the leading producers of barramundi globally and are front-runners in the establishment of an integrated, full-spectrum barramundi aquaculture model. Their operation spans the entire value chain, from Genetics and Fish Health to Farming, Product Innovation and Distribution.

Eric Tsang brings over two decades of extensive experience in institutional banking, investment management and entrepreneurship across the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at a single family office in Hong Kong, Eric also oversees private equity, venture capital, and private markets investments. His strategic vision and leadership in cross border business developing and managing institutional relationships will be invaluable to Barramundi Group Ltd.

With a career marked by significant achievements, including managing relationships with sovereign institutions, asset managers, and banks, Eric has a proven track record of producing results and demonstrating leadership in financial operations and strategic advisory. His expertise spans the direct origination of capital markets businesses, structured products, asset management, and real estate financing.

The Board believes that Eric’s appointment will greatly contribute to the ongoing restructuring and future growth of the Company.
