CFLOW AHEAD OF SCHEDULE WITH ANDFJORD SALMON PROJECT

CFLOW AHEAD OF SCHEDULE

Cflow ahead of schedule with Andfjord Salmon project. Last year, Cflow and Andfjord Salmon entered into a strategic partnership for the further development of the ground-breaking land-based fish farming facility on Andøya. Through this agreement, Cflow is contributing to the development of what is referred to as the world’s most sustainable and fish-friendly farming facility.

A strong collaboration between Andfjord Salmon and Cflow has been crucial for the rapid progress. The teams have worked closely together to ensure that all milestones are met on time, with a common goal of achieving the highest possible standards for sustainability and quality.

“We completed the excavation of the pool pits a quarter ahead of schedule, which has allowed us to start the installation of technical infrastructure from Cflow earlier than planned,” says Martin Rasmussen, CEO of Andfjord Salmon.

The successful progress and the good working relationship lay a solid foundation, and Cflow looks forward to continuing the collaboration with Andfjord Salmon and contributing to their goal of increasing production capacity to 8,000 tonnes of gutted salmon by 2025, with further gradual increases until 40 000 tons in 2030. “This project marks an important step for us. Our partnership with Andfjord Salmon demonstrates how innovative solutions and close cooperation can accelerate sustainable growth in the aquaculture industry,” says Stig Bjørkedal, CEO of Cflow.
