SALMON SKEWERS WITH CHILI MAYO

Salmon skewers with chili mayo. This recipe for grilled salmon skewers is perfect summer food if you’re having guests over or just want a quick, healthy and tasty dinner.

Ingredients

600g salmon fillet
1 red onion
8 mushrooms
1 courgette
1 lemon
8 slices of bread
Chili mayo
Green salad

Method

  • Cut the salmon into large cubes and the vegetables into large pieces.
  • If you use wooden skewers, you need to soak them in water beforehand.
  • Thread salmon cubes and vegetables onto the skewers.
  • Brush well with olive oil so the skewers don’t burn on the grill.
  • Grill the skewers on medium heat for about 15 min, turning them regularly.
  • Serve with grilled lemon, grilled bread, butter, chilli mayo and a simple green salad.

Perfect, simple food when you are having guests or want to enjoy a healthy and truly good meal.
