SEAFOOD FROM NORWAY HOSTS INSPIRATION DAY WITH MICHEL ROUX

On Tuesday, Michel Roux and the Norwegian Ambassador to the UK, Tore Hattrem, came together with the winners of this year’s National Fish and Chip Awards for Seafood from Norway’s Inspiration Day, following sponsorship of the awards earlier this year.

The jam-packed day featured an array of sharing sessions with contributions by Westminster Kingsway College as well as an exclusive session with Michel Roux at the Norwegian Residence in London.

Designed to commemorate the successes of the wider fish & chip industry and explore innovative thinking around the future of fish and chips, the Inspiration Day was definitely one for the fish and chip history books.
