THAI UNION OPENS ITS 2022 MANAGEMENT

Thai Union Opens its 2022 Management Associate Programme for future leaders. Applications are now open for the Thai Union Management Associate Programme 2022. This three-year programme provides Management Associates with a hands-on learning experience alongside senior executives from key departments including Sales and Marketing, Manufacturing, Digital Technology, and Human Resources. Applicants must have a Bachelor or Master’s degree, 0-3 years of working experience and be fluent in English.

Thai Union has always put people development at its heart. Our Management Associate Programme started in 2014 as a mission to develop the next generation of leaders,” said Kulshaan Singh, Group Director, Human Resources. “Our experienced management team and our global presence will let them experience various aspects of our business and across many departments and business units.”

Apisada Kitichalermkiat, a current Management Associate at Thai Union, said that Thai Union’s Management Associate Programme has exposed her to every aspect of the business through job rotations, from manufacturing to the Global Innovation Centre and from operations to sales and marketing:

“You will have a broad overview of TU’s business with hands-on experiences, coaching from senior leaders and executives to access and expand your capabilities. The programme fits with those who seek challenges to unlock their potential and grow into the next generation of leaders.”

For Pongpanich Ekvisit, who joined the programme last year:

“This fast-track programme can develop and unlock your potential through hands-on learning in a real-world business. The programme not only provides us a great opportunity to gain skills and experience in many business aspects through job rotation, but also gives us a chance to work closely with executives, get assigned with work that requires high responsibility and has potential to create value for the Company. It also allows us to propose new innovative ideas and help drive impactful outcomes.”

Interviews for the programme will be conducted in April and May, with successful candidates joining the Company in July. More details can be found here
