VOTE FOR THE WINNER OF NINTH ANNUAL GLOBAL AQUACULTURE INNOVATION AWARD

VOTE FOR THE WINNER

Vote for the Winner of Ninth Annual Global Aquaculture Innovation Award. You be the judge! The winner of the ninth annual Global Aquaculture Innovation Award will be crowned by the audience as part of the eighth and final GOAL 2021 virtual event on Wednesday, Nov. 17, at 11:30 a.m. EST.

In 2012, the Global Aquaculture Innovation Award was established to recognise individuals and organizations finding new solutions to the key challenges facing aquaculture.

This year’s finalists are Ed Rudberg of Nucleic Sensing Systems for a digital droplet PCR that detects biological issues in aquaculture settings; Nathan Pyne-Carter of Ace Aquatec for a targeted predator deterrent that does no harm to marine mammals; and Aaron Pannell of FlipFarm for a semi-automated oyster-growing system.

Join the three finalists as they give their pitches and participate in a live Q&A with the Responsible Seafood Advocate’s James Wright and Pablo Berner of Aquaterra, a finalist of last year’s competition; Aquaterra is also a GOAL 2021 sponsor.

Open to GSA members and non-members, including media. Check out the programme agenda, and register to attend. Space is limited. The presentations will be available for download on the conference platform following the session.
