PELAGIA AND COFCO IN NEW MACKEREL COOPERATION

Pelagia and COFCO in new mackerel cooperation – Norwegian based Pelagia AS and the Chinese food manufacturer COFCO Premier Foods (Shanghai) Limited are cooperating to introduce the high quality mackerel from Pelagia to China.

As mackerel is not familiar to Chinese consumers, the corporation will include activities to provide information about the products, and their many uses and benefits as part of the healthy and tasty diet. Some of the activities includes inviting food enthusiasts to know the brand and background of the mackerel.

Both COFCO and Pelagia will be present at the China Fisheries & Seafood Expo in Qingdao (7-9 November) where the team will display the cooking versatility of mackerel.
