STIR-FRY NOODLES AND FROZEN, PEELED PRAWNS
Stir-fry noodles and frozen, peeled prawns. There are almost no rules when it comes to stir-frying. Cold water prawns cook quickly, making them a perfect addition to any wok recipe.

Ingredients
100g noodles
1 clove of garlic
1 red chilli pepper
2 tbsp ginger
2 tbsp olive oil
A quarter of of red cabbage
1 mango
2 spring onions
2 carrots
300g peeled and frozen prawns
2tbsp sesame seeds
Coriander leaves, fresh
Sauce
3tbsp soy sauce
3tbsp hoisin sauce
1tbsp fish sauce
A half of a lime
Method
- Boil the noodles as per the packet instructions and strain.
- Finely chop the garlic and chili. Peel and grate the ginger.
- Fry the garlic, chilli and ginger in olive oil in the pan.
- Cut the rest of the vegetables. Make sure to finely cut them, and make them even sizes so they are done at the same time.
- Add the rest of the vegetables and fry them lightly. Add the noodles and prawns.
- Juice the lime. Mix the ingredients for the stir-fry sauce and stir into the other ingredients.
- Top with sesame seeds and coriander.
