TWO KEY NEW APPOINTMENTS FOR FOREVER OCEANS

Two key new appointments for Forever Oceans. Forever Oceans recently added new leadership to accelerate its growth and increase efficiencies. In addition to CEO Bill Bien and CFO Ilya Cantor who joined the company in late 2021, veteran aquaculture expert, Ross Gordon was recently named the company’s Chief Operating Officer as well as Ashley Jean-Pierre, as Chief People Officer.

Gordon’s extensive experience in building and operating large scale aquaculture operations, and leading cross-cultural teams will accelerate growth. Prior to Forever Oceans, Ross was the CEO and President of Baja Aqua Farms.
The company also announced the addition of Ashley Jean-Pierre as its first Chief People Officer, reporting to Bill Bien, CEO.

Ashley Jean-Pierre has more than 15 years of experience in leading all aspects of human resources management and brings a passion for leading change, creating employee-first cultures, and in developing teams. Most recently, Ashley served as Vice-President of Human Resources at Fidelis Cybersecurity, Inc.
