Young’s launches new ‘Chip Shop Scampi’. Young’s Seafood has expanded its best-selling Chip Shop range by introducing Young’s Chip Shop Scampi, offering yet another way to enjoy this great family favourite.

This British-made product includes the signature Chip Shop crisp bubbly batter and gives shoppers another opportunity to get that chippy tea experience from the comfort of their own home.

The launch comes following  a month-long celebration for the 75th anniversary of Young’s inventing the breaded Scampi. The celebrations have included a wider ‘Masters of Scampi’ marketing campaign and the occasion is being marked with a Scampi offering being added to the best-selling Young’s Chip Shop range, the No1 battered brand in the UK, so that there truly is an option for every single shopper.

The new product launch and anniversary celebrations also coincide with a key milestone which has seen over a million new shoppers* adding Scampi to their basket in the past year. This continued success is down to the product’s delicious taste and ability to suit a range of meal occasions which appeals to a wide audience.
Young’s Chip Shop Scampi is available in 400g packs.
