CREAMY PASTA WITH PEAS, BROCCOLI AND PRAWNS
Creamy pasta with peas, broccoli and prawns. Pasta with frozen, peeled prawns make a perfect combination – try this easy dish when you are in a hurry and want a tasty meal.

Ingredients
200g peeled and frozen prawns
400g tagliatelle
300ml sour cream
1/2 lemon
100g frozen peas
1/2 head of broccoli
2tsp flat leaf parsley
salt and pepper
Method
- Cook the pasta as per the packet instructions.
- Cut the broccoli into florets.
- Add the peas and broccoli florets for the last 3 minutes of the cooking time.
- Juice the lemon.
- Strain the water (keep a couple of tablespoons full) and add the sour cream, lemon juice and parsley.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the prawns.
