GOLDEN HONEY TROUT WITH BUCKWHEAT NOODLES

Golden honey trout with buckwheat noodles. Fresh and full of flavour, this is a quick and easy recipe which is sooo good for you.

Ingredients
Serves 2
- 2 British trout fillets
- 1 tbsp Hilltop Blossom Honey
- Pinch sea salt and black pepper
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 200g buckwheat soba noodles
- 2 Yellow or orange carrots, peeled into ribbons
- 200g Chard, shredded, blanched and drained
- 1 tbsp Sesame seed butter or tahini
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- 1-2 Original Black Garlic cloves, sliced
Method

- Coat the trout fillets in the honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the trout for about 2 mins on each side.
- Meanwhile cook the noodles for 4-5 minutes or according to packet instructions.
- Drain and toss with the raw carrot ribbons and blanched chard.
- Divide between 2 bowls and top with a trout fillet.
- Drizzle over the tahini and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and black garlic slices.
- Serve immediately.
